Sian Pelleschi is a declutterer and organiser. After moving to Manchester for university, she had a successful career in events, running her own event business for 7 years (In fact, she still runs it now too).
Four years ago, she took the plunge to start her current business, Sorted! Starting initially with the idea of helping local businesses organise office space and filing areas, but now she spends a lot of her time working with customers in their homes too.
In this week’s episode, we talk about changing career, work life balance, the power of change and habit and the psychology of decluttering. Sian talks openly about her challenges, particularly current challenges and how she has been able to adapt her business during Lockdown.
Sian wasn’t born and bred in Stockport, in fact, she grew up in West Yorkshire, before moving to the right side of the Pennines for university and hasn’t looked back since. Sian talks fondly of Stockport and Cheadle, discussing the local community and business networks.
You can contact Sian on her Facebook and Instagram accounts or her website. (links below)
