Jacquie Eyre is a Cheshire born and bred councillor and author. Starting early with the mindfulness of her Karate training, followed in her 20’s with holistic health practices and finally culminating now she is 2 years in to her self-employed journey treating clients through all wellbeing treatments.

In this week’s episode with Jacquie Eyre, we spoke about Karate, structure & discipline, marketing mistakes and the release of her first book in January this year.

We also discussed the importance of talking and how Jacquie loves the weather in Stockport and the North West.
